EarningAtHome.net Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the EarningAtHome.net program you agree to all terms and conditions
set forth in this agreement. EarningAtHome.net may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete
portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its
affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with EarningAtHome.net.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the EarningAtHome.net program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding
acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local
governing laws.
As of July 1, 2006:
We will only accept members from the following Countries:
Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway,Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, & United States.
Members from Countries no longer allowed that joined prior to July 1, 2006 are allowed to remain members
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing EarningAtHome.net account.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your EarningAtHome.net account including authorization
by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by EarningAtHome.net be detected it may result in member termination
and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation
email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up EarningAtHome.net. You must
maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with EarningAtHome.net. You agree
to receive e-mail advertising from EarningAtHome.net.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from EarningAtHome.net, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
INACTIVES are deleted after 30 days. You need to click on one email atleast once every 7 days, or your account will be suspended and after 30 days of inactivity it will be deleted, no questions asked. ALL EARNINGS, DOWNLINES, UPGRADES WILL BE LOST
I run cheat software with my CC script and if I find anyone with multiple accounts, your account will be deleted immediately! I will not tolerate cheating, I run a clean site and expect honesty. Please contact me if you have to access your account by other means.
Cheating:
You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way.
Grounds for immediate termination and loss of earnings are:
• Falsifying your name
• Falsifying your address
• Creating multiple accounts
• Using multiple accounts in the same household
• Using the same computer and/or same IP address
• Submitting false Sign Up confirmations
• Placing bogus data in any data field on this site
• Posting of inaccurate statements in Newsgroups or Forums
• Solicitation of Advertisers
• Using an auto responder
• Submitting advertising that contains and/or leads to information that is false, inaccurate, or encourages cheating in any form
• Sending us Spam, threatening, insulting or gibberish emails
• Checking I cheat and I Cant Read English in Interests
• Clicking on 3+ Cheat Links and using cheat bots, or any type of software that clicks the links for you,,,
• 30 days of inactivity
• Earning just from PTP - this is a paid to read site , the ptp feature is an added priviledge for active members to earn extra from : if you are found to be just earning from ptp - your account will be deleted. If your account is suspended for inactivity you lose your PTP priviledges.
• Clicking in Ptsearch section from non friendly search countries..
• Clicking on just banners in ptclick section , This is a paid to read site and to remain a member you must also click on emails...
Any emails that are sent are NOT allowed to be posted in any forums (unless you have permission from webmasters) as they are private and no body's business but the two that have the emails.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and EarningAtHome.net are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates
any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and EarningAtHome.net. You understand that you do not have authority
to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of EarningAtHome.net. You
may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment
of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
EarningAtHome.net will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or EarningAtHome.net program, even if EarningAtHome.net has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, EarningAtHome.net aggregate liability arising under
this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to
you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or
expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
EarningAtHome.net. Members may earn by referring new members to the EarningAtHome.net program. Members will
earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by EarningAtHome.net.
Members will be paid
to Verified PayPal accounts only. EarningAtHome.net will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum
payout rate set by EarningAtHome.net. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. You must be an active member of Earningathome for at least 30
days before requesting payout. You may request payout once every 30 days.
*For first payout 50% of payout must be from personal earnings. (PTP earnings do NOT count towards this)
Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.
**Make sure you have included your correct payment id , any payments made and not claimed & returned back to site will not be returned to your account**

YOU MUST HAVE ATLEAST $2.00 IN PERSONAL EARNINGS
YOU MUST CLICK ATLEAST 75 CLICKS THIS MONTH
YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS VERIFIED
- IF YOU REQUEST PAYOUT AND YOU HAVE NOT MET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS YOUR REQUEST WILL BE DENIED
- YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CHARGED $1 FOR EACH INVALID REQUEST
- IF YOU REQUEST AND YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS NOT VERIFIED YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE SET TO ADS ONLY UNTIL YOU VERIFY IT
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with EarningAtHome.net and may result
in legal prosecution. EarningAtHome.net strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal
crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be
held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident. EarningAtHome.net may charge up to $5 per spam email
sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved
accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
EarningAtHome.net will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
